Teodor joined Canadian Life Settlements in February 2021 as an Executive Associate, quickly demonstrating his proficiency in software development and IT to streamline company processes. By late 2021, he advanced to the role of Business Development Manager, where he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and establishing strong client relationships. Teodor excels in identifying market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing client engagement through his technical and interpersonal expertise.

Teodor holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Software from McMaster University. His academic journey was complemented by diverse co-op roles in the banking and insurance sectors, providing him with firsthand industry experience and a deep understanding of financial services. He has also been actively involved in community outreach, promoting technology education through workshops and events for younger students.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Teodor enjoys reading, playing basketball and tennis, and exploring the outdoors with his dog.
