Teodor serves as Chief Operating Officer at Canadian Life Settlements, leading operational strategy and execution as the firm scales across Canada. Since joining in 2021, he has been instrumental in streamlining processes, building strategic partnerships, and supporting long-term growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from McMaster University and has worked across the banking and insurance sectors.
